Mission

Cohoba is a BIPOC-led 501(c)(3) non-profit, structured as an integrated healing center. We are a collective of advocates, creatives, and licensed therapists, committed to providing equitable psychedelic-assisted therapy in a community mental health setting. Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a re-emerging therapeutic paradigm, recently designated as a “breakthrough therapy” by the FDA. We offer an evidence-based model of care which honors the interdependence between personal and communal well-being. As a collective of psychedelic-positive healers, we advocate for equity and education in psychedelic medicine and culture.

Vision

Cohoba seeks to co-create a world where mental health, bodywork, and the arts are used to support a more equitable society. We value the wisdom echoed across cultures worldwide: that human beings can benefit from an informed relationship with altered states of consciousness. We seek to build a society where psychedelic-assisted healing is accessible to marginalized populations and integrated into the practice of creative, compassionate living.
